Floyd Factor is thrilled to confirm the addition of veteran guitarist, vocalist and engineer Robert (Sparrow) Masiokas.  Masiokas replaces guitarist Kevin Whyte, who left the band in Feb. for personal reasons.

Rob is returning to the live music scene after several years of recording & studio work, but formerly worked in some of the top 80/90's circa tribute acts in Ontario.   His top-flight guitar chops, and extraordinary command of sounds are among the assests he immediately brings to the group.  But first and foremost, as is the case with all the members of the Floyd Factor project, Masiokas is a long-time, zealous Pink Floyd fan who is initmately familar with the nuances of the band's legendary recordings.
 
   "Rob was almost like a composite person from our wish list, walking in with all the elements we were looking for," says manager Steve Birnstihl of VNM in Mississauga. 
"This project is like a family, and we thought we'd know when the right person came along.  And sure enough, it happened almost immediately once we sat down with him.  He understands this music, and is a really great player - which is something that will become quickly evident to our audiences, and we're really looking forward to debuting this killer new lineup!"
